A hondose is a comically small dose of HRT prescribed by doctors to unsuspecting babytrans. Due to the fact the dose is inadequate, it won't cause much feminization, thus dooming the unfortunate recipient to forever be a hon. In any sane world this would be considered medical malpractice.
