Gender-affirming hormone therapy, colloquially called HRT, is when you take hormones of the opposite sex in order to change your own sex. Some possible effects of feminizing HRT are:
- breast development (conetits)
- smooth skin
- crying
However, the most common effect is nothing. To actually make sure that you have a chance of seeing effects, you need to make sure that you aren't being hondosed and that you're cycling progesterone. You may also take pioglitazone and clobetasol and undergo cryolipolysis to speed up fat redistribution.
