Gender-affirming hormone therapy, colloquially called HRT, is when you take hormones of the opposite sex in order to change your own sex. Some possible effects of feminizing HRT are:
- breast development (conetits)
- smooth skin
- crying
However, the most common effect is nothing. To actually make sure that you have a chance of seeing effects, you need to make sure that you aren't being hondosed and that you're cycling progesterone.
